Our story began in beautiful Thailand, where our mother discovered her love of cooking at her sister's restaurant in Bangkok. From a young age, she learned that authentic Thai cuisine is about more than recipes—it is about fresh ingredients, traditions, and bringing people together.

At just 18 years old, she came to America with a dream, determination, and a deep passion for Thai food. Her talent and dedication eventually led her to become a chef at a popular hotel, where she continued to refine her craft and share the flavors of her homeland with others.

"Still, she dreamed of creating a restaurant of her own—a place where guests could enjoy delicious, authentic Thai food and feel welcomed like family."

That dream became Bamboo House, opened near Fort Dix. From the beginning, our family has been committed to preparing every dish with the finest ingredients, traditional Thai flavors, and the same care we would bring to our own family table. Over the years, Bamboo House has grown into a beloved gathering place, supported by loyal guests who return not only for the food, but also for the warmth and hospitality.

Today, we proudly carry on our family's culinary heritage. Each dish reflects the authentic flavors of Thailand, the lessons passed down through generations, and our belief that a great meal should nourish both the body and the spirit.
